Below are ongoing projects, including many educational and emotional needs that are part of the project plan for 2008




1) On going Computer lab. This project has substantially improved ( see photos on website)

i Powerhouse to House generator is being built

ii Panel door has been installed on computer lab

iii All computers installed, to include server. All in working condition  and were tested. Photos are on the website http://www.monroviacollege-
          alumni.org/. Has   
          purchased two stabilizers for uninterrupted power supply units.





Problems

i Need security arrangement and management of the access to the lab-yet , Monrovia promised to furnish a plan of action.



ii Need generator to provide more 12hrs of electrical power to school.



iii Need sustainable program to maintain the computer and accessories- President of the school has promised to send in the necessary report.



iv Need to connect system to and ISP – Local Monrovia College Alumni has appeal to us to assist with getting internet access.


2) Upgrade Library-Proposed Project- same as last year but with additional 250 books



-i Provide a central computer to set up library of congress system for shelving books

ii -Provide modern books approximately 1000 on hand from Kutztown Area High School including

iii Montgomery County Area High School, all of Pennsylvania, along with Many College text books and few non-fiction novels.
