-Massive Recruitment-continues from last year through the above schemes and personal one-on-one recruitment. The appointment of Georgia Recruitment Manager, Mr. James Tambah and Rev Emerson Deline of the New Jersey Chapter and Mrs. Amelia Barrian-Dahn, North Carolina Chapter paid off. We now have the Carolinas Chapter fully functional, the New Jersey Chapter fully revitalized and the Georgia Chapter trying to get on her feet.

Our biggest area of massive Recruitment was the establishment of the Social Network Website by Paul Muah, ’90, also winner Monrovia College Presidential Medal of Honor for Fiscal 2009. This project was highly supported by Chum Newton,’84, Pearl Banks-Williams,’88, and James Fahnbulleh,’77..We are pleased to report the highest recruitment season in the history of the MCAAA, a whapping  155 new active recruits this year and more counting.

-Weekly News letter and announcement continues

-We now have the Bible study and the birthday blog

- Continuous Online and teleconferencing of NEC meetings with the recordings of the meetings online for replay at a later date)- hence again  this Administration has had more  NEC meetings at the least cost  than any other administration previously during one single term( two years). The chapters like TC, NJ, MD, PA, TX and Georgia, all use the teleconference to host meetings.

-New and modified PayPal service on our website to pay all your local chapter and national dues. All the modalities for payment of local chapter dues have been  worked out. Just pay and contact the National Treasure via e-mail and your chapter will be duly credited. For chapters with MCAAA local accounts, the money will be wired to your account and the member’s record will be updated. MCAAA has made it easy to pay your dues by credit or debit cards.

- Pushing Chapter Agenda’s –NC, GA and NJ   was successful. These chapters are back as I promised you last year!!!..
